In order to ensure our customers of the quality of the INSEE Concrete products and service, we have continuously employed Quality Management System – QMS in the development of our management system.

INSEE Concrete received ISO 9002 in 1997 and ISO 2003. The ISO quality standard covers every department and production unit involving the design, manufacture and delivery service of ready-mixed concrete.

INSEE Concrete is the first ready-mixed concrete business in Thailand that receives ISO9001:2000 in every production unit. Moreover, our ready-mixed concrete has also received Thailand Industrial standard (TIS) 213-2520 since 1993.

Every management professional and staff member of INSEE Concrete will conduct the business in ways that support the quality policy. Cur customers can be ensured that they will receive products of international quality standard with excellent services.

INSEE Concrete’s Occupational Health & Safety Management System (OH&SMS) and Environmental Management System (EMS) complies with the internationally recognized TIS 18001 standard as well as OHSAS18001 and also adheres to ISO14001 for environmental systems. Our company was certified in 2005.

Furthermore, our systems have also been certified by Holcim, a Siam City Cement shareholder and one of the largest cement producers in the world, which enables us to practice the “OH&S Pyramid”.

One of the main priorities for INSEE Concrete is to become the leader in occupational health & safety management and environmental management in the ready mix concrete business. The certification from these internationally recognized organizations is only the first step.

A part of our mission is to be a socially responsible company. Therefore, we endeavor to make the work place – accident and danger free for employees, contractors and visitors.

Policy	Our Company operates in accordance with the laws and regulations of Thailand. In addition, we adhere to the TIS18001 standard and locate only essential resources. Finally, we will train our employees so they have full comprehension of the company’s operational objectives.
Employee Involvement	To ensure that risk management is conducted in an efficient manner, we allow employees to play a part in employee risk evaluation and also, to adhere to the various safety processes. This enables them to learn and be aware of the frontline issues.
Evaluation & Control	We continually evaluate monitor and oversee all health issues. Accordingly, we ensure that consistent work processes are upheld and highly emphasize the importance of continuous growth and development.

We will ensure that there is continuous development of our operations. This will be achieved by encouraging greater employee involvement plus unrelenting training programs. We make it a point of considering the environment into every aspect of our daily operations.
Resource Utilization	We encourage resource preservation to ensure that non-renewable resources are not depleted and use recycled materials where possible.
