Through our Customer Relationship Management programme, INSEE Concrete has created its Customer Service Centre with the aim of satisfying all customer needs through a single touch point.

Our Customer Service Centre (CSC) is the foundation of successful logistics management. It operates on Customer-centric principles, with the clear goal of providing complete customer satisfaction. This is hand-in-hand with effective and efficient fleet operation ensuring all our business partners achieve sustainable economic returns

To receive and acknowledge customers requirements by telephone or fax; |

To manage orders for highest efficiency (on-time delivery); |

To coordinate with other INSEE departments for rapid resolution of customer needs (i.e. production, sale, technical). |

To manage fleet to highest efficiency; |
|
| + |
To monitor truck status and inform customer; |
|
| + |
To solve any problems or manage special requirements during delivery; |

To coordinate with other INSEE Departments and sub-contractors. |

The Transport management section will: -

Manage trucks and sub-contractors to support CSC and customer satisfaction; |
|

Ensure trucks are maintained to agreed quality levels, including appearance and safety, using KPI management and physical audits; |
|

Manage the contracts ensuring sustainable financial performance of contractors; |
|
| + |
Monitor truck utilization for optimal fleet distribution. |
