Using SAP and Command Alkon, seamless connectivity from the centralized Customer Service Centre to the manufacturing equipment ensure the right product at the right time is delivered to our valued customers.

Mix design data which is continually reviewed and updated by our Technical services division is also automatically linked to the manufacturing system ensuring that any variation in raw material or environmental conditions are systematically compensated and the product performance is fully compliant.





Human error is eliminated by the Computerized Batching System which efficiently and precisely controls concrete quantity and quality using digital weighing systems for Raw Material batching (Aggregate, Cement and Water)..

Furthermore, all batching data is retained by the Computerized Batching Data Storage System allowing performance analysis, or providing records for customer’s quality assurance requirements.



Currently, Computerized Batching Systems are installed at all INSEE Concrete’s production plants, guaranteeing that INSEE Concrete performs to same exacting standard throughout the nation.
